We deeply admire nature, from which humans are part of. Our bodies are temples of nature, flowing into different life cycles, places, actions and feelings.
Our purpose is to flourish human nature through ancient and new methods, philosophies, practices and disciplines with proven benefits for our physical and emotional wellbeing.
Life is a multifaceted experience, with its soft and hard spots, flowing through various life cycles and challenges. One of the main challenges is finding sustainable physical, psychological and emotional strength, balance and wellbeing.
Throughout history, humanity has relied on various forms of knowledge and technology to navigate the complexities of life, achieve balance, and foster wellbeing.
Modern Western medicine often approaches health by viewing the human body as a collection of isolated parts, focusing on eliminating symptoms rather than addressing the underlying causes or unhealthy behavioural patterns.
Medicines and operations might be some of the most used methods to address human suffering and ageing, especially in urgent situations. We are not here to make a case against these procedures, but we believe there is another path for achieving wellbeing. We believe that with the right knowledge and practices, humans can improve their health in more preventive and sustainable ways.
With this in mind, and driven by a strong motivation to contribute to improving people’s lives, empowering individuals to be their best version, we created Whyse.
Whyse is a community where its founders, partners and participants come together to share wellbeing experiences and knowledge for a better life.
An organization dedicated to enhancing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, fostering optimal vitality and inner harmony by combining ancient and modern health disciplines, techniques, philosophies, and technologies, such as:
There is now scientific evidence supporting the numerous benefits of the practices, methods, and activities mentioned above, proving that human complexity, aging, and life’s multiple challenges are best addressed through the combination of these incredible tools, which support us in our quest for emotional balance, physical vitality, longevity, anti-aging, and a meaningful life.
Through these practices, we aim to promote disease prevention, enhance overall wellbeing, and help you thrive in all aspects of life. Through shared wellness experiences we aim not only to increase the self-alignment but also inspire a higher sense of belonging. In the end we hope all of us understand better our inner power, so we became our own healers, by learning how to self-regulate through mindful and physical practices, achieving vitality, longevity, emotional balance, mental clarity and physical strength.
Kind regards,
