You can browse our upcoming events on the “CALENDAR” page, or simply browse through event categories that you find on the website menu. 

No, you can purchase tickets as a guest user. 

2. Ticket Purchase & Payment

  1. Select the event you’d like to attend.
  2. Choose your ticket quantity and identify each attendee.
  3. Proceed to checkout and enter your payment details.
  4. After completing the purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your PDF and wallet ticket(s) 

We accept major credit and debit cards, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

No, all tickets are digital. You will receive an email with your e-ticket, which you can present at the event using your phone or a printed copy.

Yes! Simply enter their details at checkout. They will receive the ticket confirmation via email.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Yes, you can request the cancellation of your ticket, but unfortunately we can’t refund your purchase. However, you can reschedule your ticket for another event of your choice as long as it is not fully booked. To do this, simply contact us through the form on this page.

If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If it is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund.

4. Event Details & Attendance

All event details, including venue, date, and time, are listed on the event page. You will also receive this information in your confirmation email.

Check the event description for specific recommendations. Generally, bring your e-ticket, a valid ID (if required), and any personal items for comfort.

All events are intended for people over 18 years old. Any exception will be communicated at the specific event page.
